Who is Rahul?
Rahul Sharma is a 27-year-old delivery rider and the sole earning member of his family, supporting his parents and younger sister in Ahmedabad.
What happened?
On the night of July 14, 2026, Rahul was involved in a collision with a truck while returning home from work. He sustained a fractured pelvis, a compound leg fracture, and internal injuries, and was rushed into emergency surgery.
What treatment is required?
Doctors have completed the first surgery to stabilize his pelvis. He now needs a second reconstructive surgery on his leg, followed by 3–4 months of physiotherapy to be able to walk again.
Why financial assistance is needed
Rahul's family has already spent their savings on the first surgery and ICU stay. They cannot afford the remaining surgery, medication, and months of rehabilitation without support.
How funds will be used
Contributions will directly cover the reconstructive surgery, post-operative medicines, and a structured physiotherapy program supervised by his orthopedic team.
Current situation
Rahul is stable and recovering in the general ward. He remains in significant pain and is unable to work, leaving his family without income during this critical period.
